In our latest version of Rescue, scheduled for release later today, we’re redefining the state of the art! We are thrilled to introduce Click2Fix™, and the LogMeIn Rescue iOS App.
With Click2Fix, we’ve completely redesigned Rescue’s interface and user experience for remote support of mobile devices. We are well aware that time is money when it comes to providing remote support to your customers. With that in mind, Click2Fix speeds up problem diagnosis by proactively alerting your agent to potential issues on the device, and provides 1-click remediation to a wide variety of issues that drive customers to call you. Customers have a great experience, and your agents continue to be heroes! Having rigorously designed and piloted this at some of the world’s leading telecom operators, we’re excited to bring this to our broader customer base. Following the success of the Android support app we released to Google Play earlier this year, we will soon have a new Rescue diagnostics app in the App Store for all iOS devices; we expect final approval from Apple shortly! With the end user’s permission, Rescue agents will be capable of pulling diagnostic information from, and pushing fixes and configuration settings to the iPad or iPhone. This is a significant step forward in the way iPads and iPhones are supported in the market today, and puts Rescue customers back in charge…..again!
With this latest version of Rescue, we’re embracing the new realities that mobile devices and their users create for our customers. So if you’re a Rescue customer already supporting mobile devices, we’d love to hear what you think about the new experience. LogMeIn has continued to work with Apple’s devices and operating systems to provide you with the best access available. We are pleased to announce that the LogMeIn App is now fully compatible with iOS 6 and iPhone 5.
This update supports the new screen size and resolution increase for iPhone 5.

By now, you’ve probably played around with cubby.com and downloaded Cubby on your PC or Mac. You’ve renamed your cubbies. Twice. You’ve read some FAQs. But have you downloaded the Cubby mobile app so your stuff is with you wherever you go?
Download Cubby for your iPhone/iPad or Android device for free to keep all your cubbies right in your pocket. Whether its the photos from the wedding you went to last weekend or the third version of the group PowerPoint you’re working on, it’s all right there, in your cubbies, whenever you need it. The app is still in beta (just like Cubby) so we’re looking to you, Cubbsters, for your thoughts and feedback to make Cubby great. It’s a serious task but we know you’re up to it.
Here’s the nitty gritty: The app will run on any iPhone, iPad or iPod touch running iOS 5.0 or above, and on any Android device running Android 2.1 or above.

Here’s a holiday present for you LogMeIn Pro users out there. We’ve just released an update that we hope will quite literally change the way you view remote control for both work and play. That’s right, Pro has gone HD. Delivering the best for your remote control sessions and video streaming capabilities. And just in case you missed our other big news, LogMeIn launched a completely Free app for iOS. That’s right, the app is 100% free and works with LogMeIn Free and LogMeIn Pro.
So what does HD have to do with remote access?
First, you’ll notice a rather remarkable difference when viewing remote PCs (we’re extending to Macs in early 2012). In fact, you might even have a hard time distinguishing between a local view and a remote view. Beyond that, HD opens the doors to a whole host of activities you may never have tried with remote access before. Whether it’s games, movies, TV shows, or just a better way to access your computer, it’s now all in HD quality.
If you haven’t already, make sure to click OK on updater, give HD a test run, and let us know your thoughts. After all, it was your feedback that helped shaped this latest update. So keep the ideas coming. And don’t forget to download the free LogMeIn app in the App Store.
User Tip: To ensure you’re getting the HD experience, make sure your color quality settings are set to HD during remote sessions.
We just released an update LogMeIn Ignition for iPad/iPhone. With the latest release users can link their Ignition product to popular cloud services, like Dropbox, Google Docs and WebDav, to access all their files anytime, anywhere on their iOS devices. My Cloud Bank works like File Manager within the app, so users can easily move files between computers, their local device and their clouds.
My Cloud Bank allows LogMeIn Ignition users the ability to take full advantage of being remote by connecting them to their files no matter where they are. We’ve extended the functionality of our File Manager feature and given users the benefit of using cloud storage services in conjunction with remote access and local file storage on their devices.

So you’ve been hearing about LogMeIn’s new service to secure and manage access from employee iPads, eh? Wondering what it is? Well, we can’t wait to tell you all about it! Right now, we’re taking the covers off our new service that blends Total Access with Total Control.
With LogMeIn Ignition you’ve long been able to access your actual desktop, and the applications, files and data that are important to you. This is Total Access.
Now we’re making sure that full access has a true place in our work organizations. We’ve added a set of management tools to LogMeIn Central designed to control that access – which computers and data can be accessed, by whom, and from what device. This is Total Control.
With this new service, you can:
- Enroll individually owned and IT-procured iOS devices into an organization’s mobile inventory
- Authorize individual iOS devices for remote access to one or more company computers, including access to corporate apps and files
- Manage remote access rights and permissions by individual, computer, and/or mobile device
- Control whether files can be remotely transferred from remote computers to individual mobile devices
- Handle lost or stolen devices by remotely wiping stored credentials

With the new LogMeIn Ignition you can:
• Copy photos between your iPad/iPhone photo library and Ignition, so they’re always accessible in one place.
• Attach files of any kind (including multimedia) to emails directly from Ignition.
• Set Ignition to close while multitasking after 1, 2, 5 or 10 minutes.

I’m Tara, the new Sr. Product Marketing Manager for Ignition. You’ll be hearing more from me in the coming months, but I get the pleasure of telling you about our upcoming iOS update as my first blog post.
We just submitted the app to Apple for approval so we’re just days away from getting you the latest enhancements and improvements. We’re excited about the three new features coming to users of Ignition for iOS. For now, I’m giving you a sneak peak of our photos and videos feature which allows you to copy photos between your iPad/iPhone photo library and Ignition, so they’re always accessible in one place.
Fresh off the development build, here are some screen shots.
I have gigabytes of photos on my desktop computer and I obviously can’t carry all of them with me. Now I can easily grab my favorite photo of my home town (Anchorage, AK), copy them to Ignition using File Manager and they’re automatically available in the Photo app on my new iPad2. Slick!

The good stuff: You can now listen to the join.me conference line through the speakers of your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch. For free. So, update your app (or download it from the Apple App Store) and check it out.
Need a visual? Here’s what it looks like on an Apple iPad 2.
To use VoIP, select the “phone” button in the join.me menu to “Call via Internet.” This allows you to listen to anyone that is speaking through the conference line in your session. And feel free to talk back – other participants in the session can hear you talk through your device’s speakers.

The update gives users the first iOS app to combine remote control with file management. You can now use one app to access all of your computers, information and files from anywhere via your iPad, iPad 2, or iPhone.
