2019 Year in Review for LogMeIn Central

Take a look back at what 2019 meant for Central and its customers as we look forward to 2020.

2019 has been a momentous year for Central and Central users. There have been a huge number of product tweaks, system updates, optimizations and enhancements that form the backbone of our product. In addition, we have produced a wide variety of helpful, new content, specifically tools for learning and expanding your Central knowledge to ensure you are getting the most out of the product. This could be anything from Master Classes, to Spotlight Webinars, Product Snapshots and walkthroughs. We want to provide a recap of some of the most important updates and new releases of 2019 so you are seeing everything Central has to offer!

Product & Experience Improvements (105 releases in total) – Here are a couple:
LogMeIn Antivirus powered by Bitdefender: we greatly improved our award-winning AV solution, optimizing use for Central customers and improving security across the board. We added Antivirus Audit and Suspend Capabilities, improved Firewall and added Exclusions and much more.

New and improved Mobile App experience: we continued to provide one of the best mobile RMM apps on the market with continuous UI and feature improvements throughout 2019. We added a variety of features including Dark Mode, an improved file manager, a fresh, redesigned look, and bio-metric access.

Master Classes and Webinars:
6 Thought-Leadership Webinars: incorporating voices from within LogMeIn and in the Central community, our webinar series will continue regularly with more sessions in 2020. Take a look at past webinars here
